Aside from a nutrient-dense animal based diet, I have maintained/regained a good deal of my strength and stability thanks to pelvic floor therapy, @fittestcore BAB (1 and now 2, woot! 🎉) & @getmomstrong programming.

So I made a coconut flour cake adapted from @elanaspantry and doctored up some @simplemills frosting for the perfect “under the sea” themed birthday cake 👌🏻

Carnivore Kids, Animal-based Chicken Nuggets👇🏼

• 3 large chicken breasts
• 1 big bag of pork rinds
• 3 eggs
• Sea salt 
• Garlic powder (opt)

1️⃣ Slice chicken into strips and season liberally.
2️⃣ Crush pork rinds into a powder and place in a bowl.
3️⃣ Whisk eggs in a separate bowl until smooth.
4️⃣ Dredge meat in eggs then pork rinds until fully coated.
5️⃣ Bake on a parchment lined sheet tray at 375 dg for 20 minutes. 

We serve ours with @primalkitchenfoods sugar free ketchup and mayo 😋
